Alfalfa contains a high concentration of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E and K and also Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin and Folic Acid. It is also rich in the following minerals: Boron, Calcium, Chlorine, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulfur & also some trace minerals.
As for The Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): Ascorbic acid is available in many fruits and vegetables and is present in substantial amounts in the seed, fruit of the rose, or the rosehip.
